85-90 days. A gem of a paste tomato, Jersey Devil is an old-fashioned favorite that has reappeared after almost fading into obscurity. Lucky us: it’s big and bold, and shaped like a plump red Banana Pepper up to 6″ long. The indeterminate vines are vigorous and prolific, and the fruits are sweet and flavorful, juicy and meaty, with very few seeds. It’s perfect for sauce and fresh eating. (OP.)
